- Kabbalah
- The mystical tradition of Judaism. Its name, קבלה, means what is received; its map is the ten sefirot of the Tree of Life, the ways the hidden God is made known; and it reaches back to Sefer Yetzirah, the Book of Formation, which tradition attributes to the prophet Ibrāhīm.
- The ring
- The third of the seven rings, on the fifth verse of al-Fātiḥa: إِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ وَإِيَّاكَ نَسْتَعِينُ, You alone we worship, You alone we ask for help. Its function is how to beat evil magic — not with counter-spells but by direction: power over the unseen is real, it is either given or seized, and the difference is who you ask.
